Yup, got the concept for Luke's Ice Armor. But no motivation to do a decent background.... I had to work on this over a period of days during my hiatus... And so, I announce the start of Round four of the character stand-off. *sigh* Even when I'm recovering I can't get a break... -~- Gyer...

I'll start off by explaining what this is supposed to be. If you don't remember, at the start of 2012 Luke and Strike (once again) had a... Minor disagreement, which led to me having to host possibly one of the most pathetic one-on-ones ever.
At the end of each round all witnesses can vote on whose performance they liked best.

Also, not counting the abilities of the species. So, no Volt absorb or Aura sphere.

Strike's ability to "fly" is actually a combination of Magnet rise for levitation and Quick attack for forward motion. In addition to losing his weakness to ground type moves temporarily he becomes blindingly fast and hard to hit. However is is hard for him to control his direction while doing this. If he loses his focus he could end up crashing into things around him while doing this.

Luke's Ice punch started out as a counter for Ground types, similar to Strike's magnet rise. Recently though, Luke discovered a way to take it even further. By allowing the power for the Ice punch to blend with his Aura he is able to freeze his aura, encasing his paws, shoulder blades and cranium in a thick and sharp layer of ice. This lowers the amount of damage physical attacks can do to him and also lowers the damage done by ground type moves. Buuuut since freezing yourself is never a good idea he has to constantly maintain control of the power or risk freezing his insides turning himself into an ice sculpture.... Not fun.
